SNOW STORM Update

Of course there's class today at Brazilian Jiu jitsu Crossfit Olympia!
We will open today for noon and evening class. Regular CrossFit class and open mat.
Wrestling and belt prep classes are as scheduled.

no formal kids classes today, but kids are invited to open mat at 5 pm.
rock and roll!

    There is no School for Tumwater School District on Thursday. Can kids come to open mat on Thur? Between playing in the snow and open mat time, I hope to have my kids burn some energy.
